HolidaysPro2Serve employees receive 10 paid holidays annually. Flexible Benefits PlanPro2Serve offers a flexible benefits plan to professionals who average working 20 hours or more per week on a regular ongoing basis. Participants in the plan may pay for benefits with pre-tax dollars under IRS Section 125. In addition, for every compensated hour, while eligible, professionals earn flex credits. These credits may be used toward the purchase of benefits or taken as taxable compensation. Plan choices are:
Retirement PlanNew employees can enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan after one month. Pro2Serve matches the first 3 percent of contributions at 100 percent and the next 2 percent of contributions at 50 percent (4 percent match possible). You may contribute up to 15 percent of gross pay toward several investment choices subject to overall limitations placed by the federal government. Pro2Serve contributions made after January 1, 2004 are fully-vested immediately. Comprehensive LeaveEmployees earn Comprehensive Leave, which may be used for vacation, illness, or personal time off.
