January 12, 2026 — Sherry Browder, CEO and President of Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve), an employee-owned company with more than 30 years supporting customers’ most critical mission needs, announced today the hire of Steven Downing in December as Program Director overseeing the PPPO TSS contract held by Pro2Serve subsidiary, Enterprise Technical Assistance Services, Inc. (ETAS). Downing will serve as the single point of accountability for all contractual matters, acting as the primary liaison to Department of Energy (DOE) leadership.
Downing brings 25 years of leadership in technical operations and project management to ETAS. According to Browder, Downing’s “extensive experience integrating complex technical teams and navigating multi-stakeholder environments, including the Department of Defense, Environmental Protection Agency, and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has positioned him to drive immediate value for the PPPO TSS contract, and we are thrilled to have him join us!”
