KNOXVILLE, Tenn., March 23, 2026 — Professional Project Services, Inc. (Pro2Serve) is proud to announce it has officially become a 100% employee-owned company through its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and has introduced a newly appointed Board of Directors.
Becoming 100% employee-owned reinforces Pro2Serve’s commitment to its staff and its culture of technical excellence. Participation in the ESOP is available to all employees contributing to their 401K and gives every employee a direct stake in the firm’s performance. “This is an exciting time for Pro2Serve as we reach the completion of a process that started over 10 years ago,” stated Sherry Browder, President and CEO of Pro2Serve.
Pro2Serve’s Board of Directors are comprised of seasoned industry leaders including newly appointed Board Chair, Jeff Salyers, former Pro2Serve President, Chief Operating Officer, and Executive Vice President; Sherry Browder, President and CEO of Pro2Serve; and Jimmy Stone, retired UT-Battelle Chief Operating Officer. Continuing their service on the Board are Gerald Boyd, former Executive with Huntington Ingalls Industries after retiring as the Department of Energy Oak Ridge Operations Office Manager, and Lloyd Caldwell, former Director of Military Programs for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
The Board will focus on strategic growth while maintaining Pro2Serve’s status as a premier provider of engineering and technical services for the nation’s most vital infrastructure.
